Profile

About

Rahul Mahajan is Global CTO at Nagarro, where he leads the firm’s AI and agentic engineering agenda and advises Fortune 100 executives on building intelligent, autonomous, future-ready organisations. He works at the junction of applied research and large-scale delivery — inventing IP, then proving it in production with tier-one clients.

His path runs from hands-on product engineering through Accenture Digital, entrepreneurship at DGPULSE, and leadership at Pitney Bowes, into a global CTO mandate at Nagarro since January 2019. Along the way he has built engineering organisations across hubs, earned consecutive Accenture Inventor Awards, and assembled a patent portfolio spanning machine learning, marketing-mix analytics and data platforms.

Today he is a visible public voice for Nagarro — keynoting Gartner and Reuters Events, joining BRICS Dialogues and partner forums with OpenAI, L’Oréal and others. Recurring themes in his work: agentic AI beyond copilots, context engineering, governance and responsible AI, quantum computing, and taking enterprise AI from pilots to autonomous production systems.
